I’ve been battling my job the past few weeks. I don’t seem to have time for “me” lately.
1. Mood – Anxious?!
2. Have you broken any bones? When I was 8…I took a knee to the nose. My knee, that is. and I also broke my wrist skating at age…12 or so.
3. Do you have any piercings? Only in my ears now (granted there is a funny one in my ear). How sad. Maybe I need a new one. When did I decide to “grow up”???
4. Breakfast? Half a Wendy’s breakfast Sandwich (Thx Angelaaaaa) and a granola bar. Still lacking coffee.
5. Eyes/lips/cheeks: Eyes have too many things to count on them, but they are smokey and sexy and very MAC…lips have on chapstick…and cheeks have Score by Urban Decay
6. Name of your first pet? Dusty and Heather. My parents cats when I was a baby.
7. Current favourite cream blush? I’m so not into cream blush. not my thing.
9. Journey – cool, cheesy (or both)? It has its time and place.
9. Outfit? Skinny Black Pants a la Express, Steve Madden Martinna Boots, black tunic sweater thing. its a dark day. My shoes ARE FAB.
10. Weekly goals? To not quit my job out of pure frustration.

Making Strides Against Breast Cancer
I am joining a cause. It’s a first for me believe it or not, to actually take part in something like this.
I’ve signed up for The American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk. It’s taking place in Baltimore on October 25th, 2009. I have joined a team, with my co-workers, and my company has graciously agreed to match all of our donations. We are working for hope, working for a cause, and working for a cure. I think it will be not only a moving experience, to be a part of such a big cause, but a true learning experience.
For those of you that have been directly affected, diagnosed, or had a family member or friend diagnosed, I’m sure you understand how important it is to stand together, combine our strength, and move towards finding a cure for a future without breast cancer.

I’m practically addicted to Polyvore, I love storing images of some of my favorite pieces and getting to put together little collections of outfits I’d love to see myself and others in.
Just thought I’d share a few of mine…and some favorite I’ve come across recently!

So I came across a very interesting site with some pretty interesting jewelery by Steven Shein.
I’m not sure its something I could get away with on a regular basis, but its fun. light, bright, and completely
.in. your. face.
Enjoy!

I’m going through a big life change right now. It feels good sometimes to just look at pretty pictures and relax, so I wanted to share some of the things I’ve come across in recent weeks and kept stowed in my “Inspiration” folder.
I haven’t beenĀ a good girl and kept references of where I’ve found these things, so any help would be appreciated as I feel I really should give the credit where it is due. I’d really love to hear sme feedback as well, if you have any, as I would love to know what you aall are interested in, what you might like to see more of, or anything. Comments are more than welcome!

Happy Friday everyone!
Things have been epic kind of crazy with my life lately, spologies for the lack of posting.
I wanted to share yet another blogger I follow (her link is on the page) who is a huge inspiration lately and has me searching for ways to brighten up and DIY my way through my wardrobe. She is incredibly creative, and not to mention, she’s incredibly passionate about her life.
I give you Maegan!

My latest FAVE post ever from her has to be these DIY leather spats for making over the knee boots…she took a leather skirt, a sewign machine and some scissors and came up with this:

I’m freaking speechless!
Where she come sup with her fabulous DIY’s…the world may never know, but she can’t keep them coming fast enough. I love her ideas and just WISH I could do them all.
She’s got hair how to’s, posts about her everyday awesome life, and what’s better? TONS of pictures…because I’m visual, and that works well for me!
So check her out, become a follower, because I am.
Caio!

So! Let’s have a little haul thread here! I’ve been shopping…and I could’ve swore I put myself on a no-buy a few weeks back…but apparently it didn’t last very long!
I got my favorite pair of shoes (Aldo Atlantic City, in Patent Creme) fixed at a new place in Annapolis (new meaning I’d never been there) and they actually did a decent job re-heeling and re-soleing my shoes. So I guess its like getting a new pair of shoes all over again (and come to think of it, they do feelĀ asmidge taller) so.
